The DC936 14.4 Volt XRP -Inch hammerdrill/drill/driver uses a DEWALT built high power, high efficiency motor to deliver 335 unit watts out of power for maximum performance in all drilling and fastening applications. The XRP drill comes equipped with a patented 3-speed transmission. The 3-speed transmission allows the drill to be set to match the speed to the application for optimal performance. All XRP hammerdrills feature an exclusive -Inch self-tightening chuck that tightens throughout the operation providing superior bit gripping torque. This hammerdrill is powered by an XRP extended run-time battery that gives the drill long run-time and battery life. The DC936 is designed with a pistol grip handle to allow the user to hold the drill in line with the application being performed. XRP drills are built to allow for standard nut drivers and a variety of screwdriver bit tips to be stored on the tool.
